Charlie Williams is the CEO of Advantage Management Services and joins SAF-America and American Dream Development as Vice President of Community and Military Affairs in September 2008. Williams joins the team bringing 30 years experience in Army Housing for the Department of Defense where his responsibilities included Family Housing, Bachelor Housing, Lodging, Residential Communities Initiative, as well as Property Management and Real Estate Services in the private sector for military families.

For the last 15 years, Williams has been the Housing Program Director at Fort Riley, Kansas. During this time, his work has been recognized by the Professional Housing Management Association with his selection twice as Senior Housing Manager of the Year. He has also been recognized by the Installation Management Command as their Housing Executive of the Year.

Charlie has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Kansas State University and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Kansas. He has achieved certification as both a Defense Housing Manager and a Defense Property Manager. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Housing Management Association.
