William "Bill" Wood is the Vice President of Operations for SAF-America and American Dream Development.

Prior to joining SAF-America and American Dream Development, Bill Wood’s career in residential housing and development spanned over twenty years.

Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at KB Home of Colorado in Denver which he joined in 2001. While at KB Home, Wood managed all Colorado operations for the company which averaged over 1400 annual new home deliveries. He was instrumental in the builder becoming the first in Colorado to obtain the National Association of Homebuilders Research Center – National Housing Quality Certification.

He was co-founder of CatCon Systems, Inc. a homebuilding consulting group specializing in material take-off and job unit costing applications. He also was employed at Richmond American Homes

and U S Home where he held executive positions as division president, vice president of construction and project manager.
Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. He is a member of the Home Builders Association and serves on the State of Colorado Probation Advisory Committee.
