JUNCTION CITY, Kansas – January 14, 2008 – Jeff Burton, president of American Dream Development, has become the first homebuilder in Kansas to be selected for the real estate industry's annual "Who's Who in Homebuilding" list.

The 2007 Who's Who in Homebuilding list, which profiled 63 of year's most prominent "movers and shakers" in residential building, land development and community planning, was published in the latest issue of Builder & Developer magazine.

Burton founded American Dream Development in 2005 on the principle that every hard-working family should be able to afford ownership of a home. His innovative techniques have been nationally recognized as a model for affordable housing in rural areas. Builder & Developer quoted Burton on his outlook for the real estate market in 2008 and beyond: "As major urban and suburban housing markets have become saturated and over-priced, developers and investors are looking for new places to build homes.
